Common Questions Parents Have Asked Us

WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING?

All children will need spare clothing, indoor shoes, water bottle, and proper outdoor gear.  You can choose to provide a peanut free lunch and snacks for your child or you can participate in our lunch program.

 

HOW DOES DROP OFF WORK?

Doors will open at 6:30 AM.  Please help your little one change into their indoor shoes.

 

WHAT IS THE PICKUP POLICY?

Please pick up promptly by 6:00 pm . Call ahead if you are unable to collect your child on time.

If you’re not able to pick up your child, you can call ahead and authorize someone else. Staff will not allow an adult not listed to pick up a child.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

No refunds will be issued if paying on a monthly schedule and one month notice is required for cancellation of a daycare spot.  Payment is due in full on the 1st of each month.

ABSENT/ILLNESS POLICY

Please call or email if your child is sick or away. Sick children must be kept home for 24 hours after symptoms are completely gone. If your child becomes ill during the day, parents/guardians will be contacted to pick up their child. Symptoms that indicate a child should stay home or will be sent home include a fever over 37.8 degrees Celsius, diarrhea, or vomiting.
